Fees other than the product price

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) - £25, $25, ¥5,000 or free on all orders over £250, $250 and ¥ 50,000.

Relevant import taxes and duties are included within the product price displayed for all DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping destinations.

Product delivery time and delivery method

Delivery will take place within 3-5 business days.

We do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays; your order will be delivered the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but your order will be delivered between 9am - 5pm.

We do not accept returns after 30 days of receiving your order and sale items within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges at the moment. You would need to return and place a new order. This is in order to guarantee availability.

No additional taxes and duties will be added to your return. Your refund will reflect the original purchase price for the items you are returning.
